We are proud of our capacity to produce such a broad range of wines. We started our journey as so many have in Australia, focusing on French varietals, and over time have expanded into other styles and varieties. Our wines display distinct varietal character influenced by the terroir of our region. We have mixed vine sites, varied soils, contrasting landscapes, and varied annual conditions; all making for interesting and complex wines. We have begun an adventure into sparkling wines, something that has recently become a signature product. We are also at the forefront of Grenache in the Bendigo Region, exploring a range of applications for this vibrant and adaptable variety.
