These five course dinners are designed and prepared by the Executive Chef of the Sandhurst Club, Michael Fry. Michael has extensive experience as Executive Chef in some of regional Victoria's best venues over the past twenty years. These seasonal dinners are all matched to both our current and back vintage wines along with some mystery and exclusive wines every now and then!
